29. Proof of Notification (Art. 354 and 358). Within 3 working days following the expiry of the prescribed time limit, the appellant shall file in the Office of the Court one copy of the proof of notification of the notice to the respondent’s counsel, the impleaded parties and 2 copies to the clerk of first instance.
The Clerk shall inform the clerk of the court of first instance of the file number in appeal as soon as it has been assigned.
